Setup your email signature on an Apple device

This guide will outline how to create a email signature on a Apple Device. 

Please note that your signature will need to be setup separately on Outlook, Office 365 online, and any devices you may have.

Create your Signature

  1. Launch Settings from your Home screen.
  2. Tap Mail.
  3. Tap Signature under the Mail section.
  4. Tap Per Account.
  5. Tap the end of the existing Signature.
  6. Tap the delete button to delete the existing text.
  7. Type your new Signature.
  8. Tap Mail to save your Signature.
